The team members are very committed to the success of the company. The overall culture is also pretty strong.

Having clear goals of where the company is heading in the coming years and what needs to get done.

The generous time off which for me is up to 7 weeks including the year end break is hard to get anywhere in the US.

The Work From Anywhere option is a great benefit and the PTO benefit which could be up to 6-7 weeks for many is really amazing especially for US employees. Stock Grants for senior leaders is another positive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Sabre Leadership has been very bold during the COVID pandemic which really hit the travel industry very hard. They took some bold steps to steady the ship and then invest to propel future growth. The steps were especially important as it sets the company for future success.
