Team work, and partnership is a very important aspect.

Basic communication is the key.

They are reviewing old processes, and changing them to achieve better results.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The inflation is getting way to high in this Country, and no increase has been done to our salaries, since February 2022. And the dates for getting an increase has changed at company level,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raises in salaries, have been pretty low in the last 2 years, and as you know the world is getting more expensive every day. I understand COVID has caused issues in all areas, but we have necessities as well. Also our compensation has changed from VIP to VCP.
