Good bonding, Good grip on product and understanding the product very well even in complex business logic scenarios as well

Has taken significant steps for expansion but now the sucess of that is very critical and need to keep reviewing the progess evry quater seriously and address all issues at initial stages itself
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is lagging compared to my performance for same position at sabre itself and also compared to market. Waiting for normalization steps taken by company and hope that will resolve this issue

I have always taking extra responsibilities which a senior developer takes and I feel that introduction in new contributor levels makes it slow to reach even when you are already taking all the responsibily of senior role and hense making promotions slow and compensation is littel less compared.
