People are very open, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Also, they are funny so the atmosphere is great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't like that new employees are in much better position to negotatiate their pay and they earn more. Also, Sabre is not paying very well comparing to the other companies in the market. I would appreciate raise.
