I have everything I need to performed - Great office, Good equipment, access to my boss, good coallegue, understand my goals, can have breaks when I need them

Communication - I like that Andy is out there talking to the team. I like that Roshan is talking. I like that Kurt is talking - given us the entire story.

They help you win - are invested on the deals and look forward that you as individual meet the target. I dont think they are jealous, they like to share knowledge

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As the travcel industry is coming back, the offers I have received to work for others are always at least 25% more than what I received in Sabre. A 35% difference will drive my change

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Incenitve Program is still not at a top level like other companies, so some counterparts in other companies are being paid better. I do believe that the exec team will solve this so I will stay waiting for this fix.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I still think we can improve the SIP - as the market changes, our SIP is not adapting fast enough. I believe in my leaders that we are going to get compensated on the SIP plan on the revenue that we are generating.
