Since the pandemic my view on the company changed towards very positive as CEO and VP's took decisions in benefit of the company but also for the staff instead of only going for money and stocks. Keep this up and people will be fighting to work for Sabre.

I would say the bonus if it was given in a different way, now tax takes 50% away.

Great leaders that listen and understand, even more important act upon what they hear in the right and positive manner.

Very open, non-american meaning looking after the individual. During the pandemic keeping people and investing in them instead of letting them go.

Most of my team are very willing to help! Issues are not a one member issue, but shared and we try to solve it together.

Sabre has done a lot to improve the culture and the well being of the staff members. But when you work from home, there is of course less interaction and it can get lonely sometimes. If you have a good team or project you hear each other a lot.
