Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I joined with low rank. My rises kept me somehow in lower part of my rank pay bracket. From what I know new joiners 2 ranks below my grade are paid closely to me. Transparency in pay ranges and where comparing to average we are could help.
