I am a newcomer. What I see is Sabre is a great company with professional team and great history. However, travel market today is not an Atlantic Ocean for great ships like Titanic. Travel market today is a mountain river. We need to adopt. Otherwise our ship will stuck at the delta of the river.

What - 1. Bureaucracy 2. Shut ears to customer concerns and pain points 3. We're embogged in a morass of technology. How - As a global company we need to step back from standardization. We're promoting personification in travel. How can we promote something that we don't have inside ourselves?
