Our company has tried to push teams into a lump with other aspects of the company and in doing so our portion of the company has little to now recognition, and following processes that do not work or apply to us.

Collaboration as a team and knowledge sharing.

Not really sure what that would be.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing my job very well, self satisfaction.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Review alignment and managers to make sure they are qualified to manage the team they are assigned.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have taken on the role of three people with no increase in pay, no recognition of a job well done.
