I see the team stronger together. Everybody has a great sense of responsibility, accountability. I am happy to work in a collaborative environment.

They seem to be very strategic and goal oriented in a tech company that has a lot of complexity due to legacy systems. And despite the challenges, they help Sabre thrive and succeed in the marketplace.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Despite working with people of many different countries, religions, beliefs, cultures. The work env is always respectful and interesting when connecting with people that has a culture much different than mine. It is such an unique opportunity to interact with co-workers across the globe.
What makes you most happy at work?
As my work is most of the time to resolve customer's problems. I am super happy when I can resolve a challenging issue and convey the solution to customer with clarity. I am happy whenever I feel capable of learning new things and use this knowledge to best use of our community.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they really care about Sabre employee's work-life balance. The actions they do (like organizing calls on this topic, providing benefits such as Calm app) adds much value to Sabre as a good company to work. I see genuine care and respect from them for the people that work for Sabre.
