Teams are engaged and working together well. Benefits can be better. From Market comfort Salary to Experience based salary increase. As well more flexibility of work hours/contracts should become a standard. Away from 40Hour weeks and allow 3/4 day working weeks to allow for a more balanced life

-more decent salary compared to job title and other tech companies in EMEA. - More flexible contractual hours. In EMEA it is often satisfactory to work 32 hour work weeks

mainly the financial compensation which is not as per Market standards. Especially if you are an employee that grows within Sabre you are often get an increase however still lower than the market standards. In addition, salary growth should be experience based within position, not only promotions
