
The people here are genuinely nice. So while our conversations may be about unpleasant topics, everyone is always respectful.
The have a solid vision for how this company can be successful and are investing to make it a reality.
The meetings outside of office hours has got to stop. Or at least slow down. We have lives outside of here that also need attention.
I've been told that if I apply for an internal job opening that I would typically get a pay raise to take it, but have been discouraged to do that. Instead, I get "reorganized" into the open role, and no pay increase for more responsibility.
As a whole, we know we need to produce "better" work. However, we have repeatedly asked for examples have yet to receive a clear understanding of what that means. Also, team members need to accept decisions made by executives so we can all get our work done.
