My experience in the company has been like an adventure, since it has allowed me to grow , when I started as an inter to achieve a leadership position, with challenges, with constant changes but with great gains for my professional career.

My experience at Sabre has been filled with challenges due to constant changes. I've been challenged but have maintained a positive attitude to face the barriers and adapt to market trends. I have experienced some uncertainty due to significant changes over the past year.

the way how the message and pressure of the new sales we are receiving from out local leaders

as an old employee the benefits and payments are lower vs new employees or that's the perception we have.

The salaries of the former employees are under a different model than the new hires, which generates injustice and discontent.

one of the most positive aspects of the culture in Sabre is the strong commitment on Collaboration and support for each business area.

some recently hired employees are better paid than those of us who have been here for a long time. better conditions for seniority

With all the challenges we face in the region, I would appreciate stronger support from the technical teams to help resolve local issues. The lack of resources makes our daily activities more challenging.
