Love the work and the airline business. The company future and stock price is worrying. Compensation has to be addressed for top talent at a minimum. It is disheartening to see attrition.

Bring salary to market midpoint. RSU have given negative return the last 3 years so in essence total comp is down. Increase the merit and promotion budget so we can do something meaningful. We should reward top talent and not attempt to address all.
