Being comfortable with the work (knowing what to do) and enjoying friendships.

Salary - but I am also very pleased with Sabre's Health Insurance plans and Retirement (401K) benefits.
What makes you most happy at work?
I struggle in my position, backend processing functionality is not my forte. So, I don't fit in too well and do not enjoy my job. However, there was a time when I was an expert in my area and I miss that a lot. I now have compassion for anyone struggling.
