Package is just fine, though there's room for aligning it to the market level.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Promotion compensation is way less compared to the standards. Switching to another Org outside is attractive. 2024 promotion increments should be reviewed by the Compensation team and huge gaps should be looked into.
