Appreciation by management and raising salary (currently without switching companies it lowers due to inflation and new employees getting better wages)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Postponing the date of promotions and raises by half a year just before promotions time without any dialogue with employees was an unjust and poor move. It should have been communicated now but apply starting next year so it doesn't affect something that people were already working towards.
