Working towards the same goal together. Shared understanding and balanced flexibility of roles and responsibilities

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There are off-cycle promotions for people that do less or with poor quality. I would feel better if promotions are more just and employees are treated more equally. Achievements are forgotten, managers change, I have to prove my worth year over year and not much changes.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Leadership do not even ask for my input or ignores my presence. I had team of 18 TM and landed with team of 3 after P25 changes. Eventually I lead two teams of total 21, and after I hire new leader I loose 30% of my old team. My inputs in merit cycle are being changed.
