Some of the coworkers have excellent technical knowledge, some of them are good in communication.

Governance needs to improve inside the team. Too much of flexibility bring indiscipline in team.

I am blessed to have my leadership team. All Sabre qualities are there inside them. They are very humble, approachable, energetic, great problem solver, and most important very supportive.
