Great times with my previous manager I truly felt valued by her, now I am not so sure, there is an undercurrent of something I cannot put my finger on. I continue to do the very best that I can to represent the values of the company and hopefully in time lower level staff will be deemed valuable too

The drive to be the best at almost everything that we do!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel too micromanaged by my manager. I have had a change in manager and since then i have taken on more work, but remained on the same salary and I feel demoralised and quite drained as I am told I am valued, that I am an expert, but I am on a mediocre salary that does not align with all that I do
