I am proud to work in a company with an inclusive environment. I am not unhappy, but I am also not satisfied with the benefits, hours of work or salary. Also, I look forward to the day when micromanagement ends at Saber and people with command power stop being bosses and become leaders to follow.

It used to be health insurance.

There's a lot of place for improvement, mostly in the area "people skills".

Company values. Acceptance and respect for all people, regardless of social group, sexuality, age or where we come from. It's what makes me proud of Saber.

The compromise with our work and the good environment and complicity we've grow trough the years. When we have the space and opportunity we make things happen.
What makes you most happy at work?
To see/talk with my colleagues, sometimes the activities Sabre does, like the movie night, Pride allies talks, different kind of visitors to delight us with different talks/subjects.
