Overworked after all of the cuts there have been to staffing. I feel unable to take time off because it leaves more work for the few other people in my group.

When other people get me the information I need to do my job without me having to remind them that it is due or go back to them because it is wrong.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Putting in 50 to 60 hour weeks with no time off gets to be too much. We are short staffed in my opinion and the people outside of my team are not providing the quality information we need to do our job efficiently.
