Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been with the company for 17 years, and although my yearly evaluations have always been positive, I've not been promoted in 10 years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My last promotion pay increase was at the bottom end of the scale (5.5%), my last raise was the lowest it's been since I started 19 years ago, and I consistently perform very highly. Promotions take years and my pay is comparable to what others earn 2-or-more levels down at other companies.
