I love Sabre, I just feel that health benefits for example could be better and that certain leaders are not prepared or cannot handle their teams very well. I also do think that I could be doing a better job at it, and I know that sounds arrogant but I don't have the chance to prove it either.

My specific team is open, devoted, and high performers. So I love them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
you can reach out to pretty much anyone. It's a multicultural company which adds a lot of value.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
care more about the people that is already at the company, than then ones they need to attract. Sometimes i feel they focus a lot on attracting new people, which is imperative for the companies' goal, but forget about the people already working here by not correcting wages or burning them out
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't like going to the office, at least I don't like to be forced to go to the office, and also, I am currently bored at my job. I think I could be doing so much more for this company, and instead, I am here succeeding at what I do, but bored.
