I think it's a positive, challenging environment with many opportunities. The biggest pain point I see is that we do not have a culture of measuring outcomes. In many case we just develop/deliver software for sake of delivering without analyzing if we achieved key results.

Company gives me many different opportunities to touch different areas of business (AI, ML, Analytics, Product/Business, etc.)
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It should catch up with salaries that we pay new hires. It's not logical that new people, without Sabre experience, earn more than Sabre team members on the same levels.
