Other than the pay, I really enjoy working at Sabre and being a part of the team I am on. The managers you have in place today really make you feel important and worthy. They do not treat you as a number or just another employee.

My team's leadership team is the best. They make you feel like family and that you matter as a person.

Everyone is family here at Sabre and they make you feel that way. You are not just a number like some companies.

Again, my team makes you feel like family, and they would not ask you to do anything they wouldn't do. I love my team.

The leadership team has the people in mind when making decisions for the company. I feel like we are more like a family than we are an employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I am under payed compared the industry average. I feel someone outside the company could come in and get paid more than I do with the same benefits and less expereince.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is just that, a team. We help each other and look out for each other. If someone is out, the others jump in so they can enjoy their time off and not feel guilt about taking time off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have been doing more with less since 2022 and the work continues to grow. I work 50 hours plus a week and still don't feel productive because as 1 item is completed another is added. Work continues to grow, economy prices continue to grow but pay compensation does NOT. Need more incentives.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the best. We work together as a team and share our knowledge with each other. It is not like other teams I've seen where they compete against each other and don't have each others back. My team has each others back. If someone is out, we know our team members will take care of the clients
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my position there is a lot of work I do for the team and company that goes unnoticed. I do a lot of admin/up front work that helps the team sale more which makes them more money and the company. I don't get much incentive from that and the base pay is a joke compared to other companies.
