Ability and best effort went in to navigate through COVID period when travel industry had the worst hit.

They are focussed on generating cash flow and future of the comapny while managing the baggage of the past.

Ease of understanding and contributing to company's long term purpose and its short term goals marching towards its vision

C-Suite leaders and their immediate reports are the best in class who are future driven business leaders yet respect and care for people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Got impacted with every org re-structure and hence change in VP level reporting everytime and lacks stability and changing vision. Agile COE team are overlooked since years for promotions, Current People Team need to understand the past significant contributions and potential for future contribution
