I enjoy my work and colleagues and am proud of Sabre and our products. My manager is not effective, unorganized and constantly behind, does not prepare for meeting or communicate information up or down through the organization. I worry I'm missing information or my information is not shared upwards

When they hold themselves and mid-management accountable.

ELT is very communicative. But my manager and VP do not share information up or down the organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can do my work (Sales and Account Management) without distractions or doing the work of other departments (Billing, Operations, Customer Care).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Enjoy the PTO days, but no one covers me while i'm away, so I end up working more before- and after PTO to make up for it.
