I have been employed at Sabre for a couple of months. Everyone has been very welcoming and supportive. I expect there will be more feedback and career path discussions once I have been here longer. I do with there was more structured training like what I have received from past employers.

Leadership is visible when working in the office. Communication and flexibility with calendars.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is always offering help or assistance. They work as a team and are not under the "every man for themselves" mentality.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. And it is demonstrated all the time, not just at the beginning of employment.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
5 weeks vacation is provided at the beginning of the year and you do not have to build it up. I also like that the company closes between Christmas and New Years.
