yearly wage increase 1-2% very low

they have clear vision; i also like their transparency

getting to be involved in success of company, also learning new things

upper management is transparent with their plans for company; company tries to be supportive, inclusive.

non-stop stress from first login to finish; many required tasks but not enough resources to do the work.
