Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Good benefits and culture that sounds exciting, but sadly I don't feel job security. Constant layoffs have created a culture of uncertainty and constant stress, both about job security and increasing demands to do more with less. Not only less resources, but sometimes with less qualified resources

there's a clear communication to all employees about changes and adjustments in our company goals

the arrangement made to give us a week off at the end of the year

my team. Talented people doing their best everyday, helping each other and sharing their talent and experience
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
improve attitude about returning to the office. There's a lack of maturity reflected in constantly asking about the benefits, measurable results and reasons to have people back in the office
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sabre values are not only statements about good intentions, at least in the organization I belong to, leaders really embrace them and treat employees with respect and professionalism while working on a challenging ever changing environment
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
have more openness about layoffs. It creates a negative work environment when layoffs happen and rather than learning from the leadership team we have to find out either because we can't find that person anymore or because we hear indirectly through other co-workers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
While managers are being held accountable for planning and delivering on that plan, they don't always have the certainty that they will have the same resources that were considered during the planning. Some of the layoffs haven't even been consulted with the resource's direct manager
