I have worked for the company almost 20 years and due to layoffs and turnover of management and location I am now back in the same position as I have started. There has been no opportunity for advancement.

The coworkers are under trained. It is not there fault.

Training new employees Treating loyal employees with seniority better allowing to use PTO
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued due to pay. I would feel better if I was able to take my earned PTO time off when needed. I would like to be treated as a person and not a number. The call center is not able to enjoy the benefits the rest of the company utilizes.
