Better now than in previous years. My experience isn't with the "company" but with the individuals and leaders of it. We evolved in the past 3 years - primarily by changing leaders. Pre-COVID various leaders were strongly biased, with personal or political agendas; creating perception of silios.

Working together with others to design new solutions and solve problems for our customers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In prior years I would have definitely said the RSUs (stock). That was a very effective retention tool. Currently VCP is best part.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We've broken down walls (silos) and collaborate extremely well with our partners in development and across the SHS business. We share common goals and objectives.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Periodic updates on the company and market. Transparency. Genuine interest in doing what is best for employees, customers and company. Candid direction on what is essential.
