I like the people and the culture of the company. Although I do think that the salaries are not what they should be, this is the one thing that really disappoints me about the company.

The people. They make coming to work fun.

They are very approachable and considerate of the team member's needs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the compensation does not meet the requirement of having to do task for two different roles (and teams).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is approachable and ready to help if needed. Also, they all understand the importance of work/life balance, and actively try to respect other people's boundaries.
