Work 100 % remotely. This is a benefit that all employees all around the world have the chance except here in Uruguay. I believe that having equal opportunities applies to everyone and should not be affected by geopolitical location.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Alimentation ticket bonus is half decent,it should be a little bit higher,at least $15 per day. Here in Uruguay the lifestyle is expensive and I believe the company could afford it towards retaining more people and making more attractive compensation packages for the future.
