Sabre has truly engaging management, ready and willing to meet with employees, listen, and take action where necessary. Management that solicits creative input from it's employee base.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We truly behave as a team, picking up slack for others when they are away, offering assistance to help others get past a roadblock, collaborating where assignments overlap so we don't "recreate the wheel."
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know what they are doing, and what needs to be done to get there. They communicate those objectives clearly and empower their subordinates to go do what it takes to get it done.
