The last 2 years that I have been here, there are a lot of changes that sometimes don't have big picture design before starting or implementing the changes then left trying to figure it out.

Honesty - actions do not equal what is being said.

Undecisive on merit - was this then last minute change to another date.

Open about what direction the company should be going in. Friendly and approachable.

There is a lot of change for the sake of change not really improving anything.

There is the appearance of caring about work/life balance but impossible to be gone without having to still work. Leaders still want answer to questions or stuff when you are off.
