Overall, very positive. I work for a great team and with great people on other teams. Leadership is really good now all the way up to CEO. The migration we are currently working is daunting and it seems there is too much work at one time. This is the only issue.

Generous PTO, working to get pay where it should be

Impressed with response to the situation COVID put the company in.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not issue with co-workers. Work comes in unregulated and from various parties that don't seem aware that their deadlines are just a portion of the deadlines that the teams are working with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work with people who are easy to get along with and take pride in their work. Some in particular are very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge and are pleased to do so.
