Different from my previous jobs. Trying to get used to be "controlled" by the phone calls, to be monitored and evaluated, this part has been the most difficult to adapt. I was get used to do my job with some more freedom and self-control, but now it makes me feel observed everytime.

the commitment and the understanding that working from another country sometimes is not as easy as it seems so they usually adapt to our needs
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would like to interact and know more about this but for people who work remotely sometimes is kind of difficult to get more involved and share time with people and feel the environment, so I could not get an specific opinion about this
What are some of the best things about your team?
Actually I still don't feel being part of a specific team, I give support to different brands and there are different teams for that, so that's why I feel so alone, don't have any confidence with someone but, despite of it, when I feel confused with a situation regarding the job, I receive support
