It is one of the best companies I have ever worked. I really learned so much about this business in Turkey and something like a Guru. Everyone is asking me everything about this business when they have some questions also contractors they are calling me.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a global company. I really like that and get in touch with employees and coworkers all around the world share knowledge, but I would really appreciate when we have the opportunity to support also other countries, as we are speaking more than three languages
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When we are looking to other countries, are we very ubderpaid we are respecting the situation of the company and maybe we have some struggling days but in our country, the compensation is very very bad. I know that I will companies doing everything to satisfy us but it's not enough in my opinion
