If I compare it with my previous company it is far better, but consider all your resources as equal, either contractors or permanent resources, it should be initiated to all employees. i don't know why a company needs to specify the contractor information in the ID card, I feel biased in it.

I like to say, the manager with who i am interacting at present, is taking care of the team in a good way,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Though I am a contractor to sabre, considering a person who is working for you and your compensation, you should at least, ask the contractor company to provide better compensation structure.
