I continue to learn at Sabre; I have had very good friends at Sabre, but in the past few years, many have left. I appreciate the ability to learn new things. I would like equal pay for new and existing employees as well as equal pay for women and men.

Team members are smart, passionate and good at what they do. The team works well together.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am working on a project that I believe in and feel is beneficial to Sabre. I continue to learn new things.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A pay raise would help me feel better about my compensation. New people coming in are paid at a higher rate than ones that have been at Sabre. Sabre speaks like they value employees and want them to stay, but pay changes seem capped for existing employees.
