We are tight as a family, we alway back each other up and I have never seen any confrontations or had any bad experience with any of the teams I am working with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Merit is too low and we easily get rid of highly competent resources from our company. Higher merit, more benefits for employees and develop a money saving strategy other than making employees redundant.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say Sabre pays their employees in accordance to their positions and effort. All the benefits (Compensation package) we receive make Sabre a best possible place to work. It gives certain value to the positions of their employees, who have invested their time and knowledge in their work.
