Despite a strong focus on taking responsibility and doing what's best for the customers and company at a Executive level, a vast majority of folks in the middle levels of the company exhibit the exact opposite. There is a serious lack of communication and inter-group collaboration (solo problems)

There is a good vision and path forward.

Considering the geographical separation of all our team members, we have a great comradery and working relationship.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be more in line with other team members in the same position or even my direct reports.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The workload could be less overwhelming and other teams can take a lot more responsibility instead of always trying to avoid taking it.
