As I said earlier, as a company I love it. But when it comes to the team, we don't have a management here in Bangalore everything is handled from different locations and this is a very negative point

They should treat each and every employee equal and they should not have favoritism

Even after doing hard work have to beg for a promotion and better pay

As a company everything is good but when it comes to the team there is nothing positive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The leaders play favorites in my team and even though I work sincerely there is no recognition. Only in one on ones just keep us quite they will only tell good things but never follow it
