Love the company and its culture, but it's hard to grow and salaries are not competitive; to get a significant raise/promotion, it takes years (and not because the manager doesn't push for that). There are also areas that are still working with "the old ways" methodologhy and struggle with change.

Compensation is usually tied to budget, and in the MVD office they rely on the legal adjustments. We haven't seen an actual compensation or raise above 5% to high performer employees in the last years.

The open doors policy, the fact that you can either go to a colleague or a leader for advice and they'll always welcome you. The people in general is another key factor in Sabre, great people and great colleagues.
