Overall Sabre has average pay, decent but expensive benefits, a generous PTO package. I am concerned with the social engineering messaging I am starting to see as the neutral posture of the company when I started was part of the reason I chose to work here.

Supporting my direct manager so that he is able to focus on the task at hand.

Most of my team works together well and appreciates the input and effort of each team member.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undermarket salary paired with all plans having max deductibles and out of pockets in the tens of thousands is reasonable.

Compensation for those outside the executive level is below average in the current market. Our benefits are good but very costly to the employee.

My direct manager is honest and straight forward. I feel I am a valued part of the team as well as values as an individual.

I am an individual contributor, while my coworkers are lovely people, I don't have a need to interact and it keeps me from completing my work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the frequent, candid Townhalls to keep us up to date with the current state of the business and our plans to become more profitable.

Salary is $20k minimum under market value. Workload and hours are unsustainable. Returning to the office 3 days per week has made my 9-12 hour days even longer. I have absolutely no balance in my life now.
