I love the industry because it has some of the most complex problems to solve. My experience at Sabre has been a mix of good and bad. ALL of the bad experience was specifically related to incompetent managers. Nearly all of them were very, very long time employees with no outside experience.

Smart, Caring, Driven. Easy to bring them together as a team

Interactions with the team. We have a lot of great, smart, dedicated people.

I appreciate their transparency and sincere efforts to show they care about the employees

It's hard to make a single statement. Some leaders are great and their heart is in the right place...others...not so much

Some of the folks on my team are amazing, intelligent and highly dedicated to their work. THOSE people make it all worthwhile.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the requirement to only be in office 3 days per week is incredibly generous. I make it a point to follow that guidance out of respect for Curt and because I believe in the benefits of being together.
