I have changed manager quite often so my experience changed based on who was leading me. I have not always been happy but today I can say, my manager really cares and is straight and transparent

I love Sabre being Global. I learn about different ways of thinking and working and travel through the eyes and story telling of my colleagues around the World. I am culturally rich!
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing I am coming to work to read e-mails of highly educated colleagues. That I will be spending my time learning and working on something I like and enjoy, for a great software/system.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary has not been reviewed since I joined Sabre (more than 5 years). The percentage increased every year does not cover the inflation increase. There are no adjustments in regards to market, knowledge , country and city, etc.
