Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked for the company for over 7 years, during all these years, pre and post covid, I have never had more than the 2-3% pay increase. Although I understand the financial situation that we are in now, however this wasnt the case pre covid but still did I only get 2-3% pay increase.
